Sales specialist
We are looking for a strong, enthusiastic sales specialist to join our team. Your primary focus will be generating new leads among trades and contractors in North America.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience across Canada or US
- Experienced with social media marketing and search engine optimization
- Background knowledge about the construction process and construction materials is an asset
- Strong analytical skills in order to adapt, develop and implement sales strategies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Estimator
The successful candidate will work alongside the existing estimating and project management team to grow the current client base, increase sales, and further diversify our business. The position offers a competitive salary based on experience, performance bonus, benefits package, and substantial opportunity for growth.

We are currently positioned in both BC with exciting projects underway and booked into 2017 and we are looking for a dedicated individual to add to our operations team. The successful canadiate will be motivated to learn the business and grow their skillset to later undertake the responsibility of winning and successfully managing the execution of their own projects.
Qualifications
- Post secondary education is an asset
- Preference given to candidates who have completed a certificate/diploma in estimation or construction project management
- Preference given to those who hold a certificate/diploma in construction estimation
- Prior experience with On Screen Take Off or other digital take off software is a definite asset
- Exposure to reading and deciphering architectural blue prints and specifications
- An understanding of the importance budgeting and budget management have on the success of construction projects
- Excellent knowledge in Excel, Outlook and Word and ability to operate a workstation proficiently
- Fluent in written and verbal English and an ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills; positive attitude and cooperative outlook
- Ability to work well with various participants of the construction process (internal and external)
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to handle tight deadlines
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing timelines
- A high degree of professionalism
- A quick learner who is able to exercise practical judgement and apply common sense to problem solve
